"Seven colors of charm" colored by mysterious nature, ingredients, cuisine and culture

A three-day monitor tour was held to substantiate the initiative ideas discussed in the FY 2018 island meetings. On top of being only 55 minutes away from Haneda Airport, the unique and mysterious food, dishes, and culture of Hachijojima received generally high ratings. After climbing the mountain and dipping in the hot springs, the massage, which is the final item on the itinerary and is often left out, provided a refreshing and relaxing tour. In addition, the fact that they received explanations about the charm of the island at partner stores before coming seemed to have led to a sense of expectation and fulfillment when visiting the site. On the other hand, the issues to be considered in the future became concrete, and it was found that the expansion of cooperating stores and the setting of a story that will attract visitors was necessary.

When there is a dialogue by the guide, looking at nature becomes fun and interesting. During the tour, a rainbow was visible at Uramigataki Waterfall and at Hachijo Fuji, a view of the Pacific Ocean with sunlight shining through the clouds was visible.

The impact of the "amnesty cuisine" placed on a large banana leaf was impressive. It looks great on Instagram and the women were very focused. The island sushi is delicious and as for the kusa-ya, the taste, rather than the smell, left an impression.

Jersey cattle have eyes that are small and round and are surprisingly friendly. Drinking milk and eating dairy products like yogurt and cheese after seeing how cows are raised makes you appreciate them much more and also makes the food delicious.
