Kick off for fishing village experience and stargazing experience tour to observe the night sky!

A kickoff meeting to substantiate the action ideas of Kozushima was held on June 21. Using the five action ideas that were raised during the FY 2018 island meetings (fishing village experience, branding of the golden eye snapper, map of Kozushima, water sales, and branding of agricultural products), a detailed plan for a tour that would allow visitors to experience the brand concept of "An island with an abundance of water that'll make you realize ordinary miracles" was considered. It was decided that this tour would also incorporate fishing experiences and the stargazing experience, which are the island's central industries. First, a search for foreign people living in the capital for the monitor was put on with cooperation from companies. Preparations for the monitor tour, which will be held in early November and limited to one pair of people, are ongoing.
