Monitor tour for foreigners in Japan limited to one set of two people

A monitor tour with a pair of foreigners was held between November 8 and November 10, 2019, in order to realize the initiative ideas discussed in the FY 2018 island meetings. A couple that met the target persona which was set as "people who are already close to the culture of Japan, live in Tokyo, and work in foreign-owned companies" participated. The two people who participated joined the fishing village experience and witnessed the fresh fish being shipped, selected, and auctioned, which happened after the fish arrived at the market, and the cooking and eating phase that followed. They were very pleased. Private lodges that resemble ordinary homes instead of hotels or inns, and the easygoing cycling was also highly rated by them. On the other hand, in order to continue, the challenge of considering a framework for a touring reception will be considered and is scheduled to be reflected in future tours.

The Japanese spiny lobster, golden eye snapper, and sashimi were all delicious and served in massive portions. Eating like family is an experience unique to private lodges.

One of the joys of trips is soaking in the views, walking along the promenade, having picnics, and enjoying cycling at your own pace. The two also mentioned the joys of buying bread at a local bakery.
